Conscious Breathing:
Breathwork for health, stress release and personal mastery. Relaxation technique that can be used even on the golf course, or any form sports. May also be used prior to stressful events, such as speaches, large meetings, weddings, anywhere there is stress.

Yogic and Pranic Breathing:
Breathwork to help induce relaxation in a meditative state. This is a deeper form of breathwork that lets the conscious mind slip away and the subconscious mind move you into a deeper state of relaxation.
