CHD has a sincere commitment to provide the highest quality of care and education, to provide compassion and loving kindness, free of prejudice.

CHD will represent qualifications honestly, including education and professional affiliations and provide only those services which the client requests and CHD is qualified to perform.

CHD will inform clients,students, other health care practitioners, and the public of education, experience and limitations of training.

CHD will provide hands-on treatment only when the client personally requests it and will allow the client to choose future treatments with no pressure, and only for their Highest Good.

CHD will maintain and improve professional knowledge and competence, striving for improved and loving service through continued education, experience, sharing and spiritual practices.

CHD will conduct business and professional activities with honesty, integrity and respect the inherent worth of all Persons, Mother Earth, and the God/Goddess/Divine.

CHD will keep a clean, safe place of practice that insures the privacy and comfort of the clients and students.

CHD refuses to unjustly discriminate against clients and students or other ethical health-serving professionals.

CHD will keep all clients and students information confidential unless written permission is given to share with other health care professionals.

CHD will respect the client and student right to treatment and/or education with informed and voluntary consent.

CHD respects the client's and student's right to refuse, alter or end treatment at any time and for any reason.

CHD will provide treatment in a nurturing manner that ensures the safety, comfort and privacy of the client.

Clients must be informed of hand positions and there is no touching of private areas, i.e., buttocks, genitals, breasts without expressed consent given by client.

CHD exercises the right to refuse to teach or to treat any person or any part of the body for just and reasonable cause.

CHD refrains always from initiation of or engaging in any sexual speech, activities or behavior involving a client or student, even if the client or student attempts to promote such a relationship (This means that CHD does not date or offer services other than energywork, Reiki and Tantric energy sessions).

CHD will avoid any interest, activity or influence which might be in conflict with the Energy Worker or Teacher obligation to act in the best interest of the client or student.

CHD will respect the client and student boundaries with regard to privacy, disclosure, exposure, emotional expression, personal and religious beliefs, and the client's and student's reasonable expectation of the professional behavior.
