Cancellations
All cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Cancelling in less time may be considered a "no show".
No Shows - But Called to Cancel
If you have three no shows, but call to cancel after the 24 hour period, a $50.00 credit card deposit will be required through Paypal for future bookings.
No Shows - No Calls
If you have three no shows - no calls you will no longer be able to book appointments.
Caring Hands and Sarvaga Institute have made it a policy that all participants and students must be at least 21 years of age.
