Tantsu Bodywork:

Tantsu was a series of cradles with which a Tantsu practitioner could gradually build up the trust needed to introduce the more intimate cradles, usually culminating the session with the most powerful, the Pieta. Tantsu was developed in 1980 Harold Dull.

Tantsu is a combination of Thai, assisted yoga and swedish massage.

Tantric Energy Work

In few short paragraphs, I would like to share with you an overview of what the Tantric Energy Work experience may include, and what we will work toward together.

While intense sexual energy is often part of Tantra, it is not the goal of the work. I hope you'll understand and internalize the deeper goals of tantra and allow me to help guide you to a profound awakening of your body, mind and spirit.

Touch is the language of Love.
During a Tantric Energy Work session, my hands connect with the physical, the emotional and the spiritual levels of your being with a series of loving and nurturing hand and holding positions. This is the perfect medium for the giving and receiving of the reciprocal cycle of energy for the client.

Tantric energy work is in a class of it's own, combined with therapeutic techniques, breathing exercises, meditations and acupressure points to release body blockages. The opening and charging of the Chakra's to raise the Shiva (male) energy and Shakti (female) energy, will bring alignment and balance back into the physical and subtle bodies.

Tantra is about body awareness, intimacy and the removal of blockages. These blockages can be from past lives, from in the womb, from present day problems and stress, and even from worries about future problems.

Through this system of healing you become aware of holding patterns and illness causing emotional blockages. These holding patterns/blockages can be caused from anger, fear, stress, abuse, trauma, loss, guilt, abandonment, and many other reasons.

Once these areas are discovered then the client is guided through the release of these blockages, thus bringing the body back into harmony.

These blockages, if not released, can prevent us from living a full and happy life, having intimacy in our lives; can contribute to relationship issues, and disease caused by the closing off of the Kundalini (Chi) energy
flow through our bodies.

Ritual work, and home practice will be taught to the client to aid them in raising and sustaining the sexual energy and integrating it with the spiritual energy, necessary for healing. Males will be taught how to separate orgasm from ejaculation and how to release emotional blockages. Females will be taught about their Sacred Spot and releasing emotional blockages, also. All clients will learn how to cultivate their Heart energy center and Sacred sexual center, to improve their health, to generate energetic connectedness of the self, to honor their self expression and to bring joy and love back into their lives.

Caring Hands and Sarvaga Institute have made it a policy that all participants and students must be at least 21 years of age.
